The objective was to build a strong, trustworthy identity in a competitive health market while driving real visibility and growth. I led the brand’s creative direction from the ground up, shaping its visual identity, tone of voice, and overall positioning to ensure it felt modern, friendly, and credible.
Beyond brand development, I managed end-to-end digital execution. I planned and ran paid marketing campaigns, including Google Ads, to drive traffic, product awareness, and conversions. I monitored performance metrics, optimized targeting, and refined ad creatives to improve ROI. I also reviewed and improved the website’s SEO structure, including keyword alignment, on-page optimization, and content strategy to increase organic visibility. On social media, I launched engagement-focused campaigns and produced commercial and vox-pop content to build authenticity and brand recall. When Healthyroo achieved Monash Low FODMAP certification, I integrated it into both paid and organic messaging to strengthen credibility and attract a niche but highly relevant audience segment.
